Broken piece received %2C no response from anyone

The glass piece I received was broken and leaking water and I placed a complaint with a video recording of unboxing and yet received no response so I’d suggest not to buy it

The product is great. Really high quality. It's just so fun to look at. However, the costumer service is not so great. I wanted to check on the status of my shipment since but they didn't reply to the dms or to the mails. At one point I really thought that I had lost my money
